Plan Approval Checklist

1. House plans submitted & approved.
2. Site plans submitted & approved.
3. Interior heated space 2200 square feet.
4. No more than two stories high (excluding basement).
5. Garage does not open to the street.
6. Exterior must be Brick or Dryvit of new materials.
   6 b. No imitation brick or prefabricated brick panels.
   6 c. “Old brick” & “Old ironwork” may be used with approval.
7. No open foundation.
8. Fences subject to Developers approval. No chain link fence will be erected.
9. Heating and cooling systems using a water source heat pump must drain into a dry well and not on ground surface.
10. No building will be erected nearer than 25 feet to any side or back line.
11. All utilities will be underground.
12. All driveways & sidewalks will be washed rock concrete.
